Luxury Villa on a private 180-m² plot of land with 3 balconies with sea view and veranda with excellent sea and mountains view. Set at the top of a rock, it has a private entrance, private furnished veranda, garden and parking space. On the ground floor, there is the living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area that opens onto a furnished terrace, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are 2 separate bedrooms with 2 sea-view balconies and the main bathroom with bathtub. On the upper floor, there is a third bedroom.
Please note that this villa is not located by the sea, but on a rock above the beach. A car is needed in order to reach the beach.
At the villa, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and brunch and serves Greek cuisine.
